Location: Noida

Reports To: Chief Business Officer / CEO

Job Objective:

To lead strategic sales, customer account management, and business transformation initiatives across telecom and enterprise verticals. The candidate will be responsible for driving large managed service deals, enabling digital transformation, building strong OEM/vendor alliances, and owning full P&L responsibility for large accounts and business units.

1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:

- Drive end-to-end sales across Telecom, Managed Services, IT Services, and Digital Infrastructure.

- Create sales strategies aligned with enterprise transformation goals and technology trends (e.g., O-RAN, Cloud MS, RAN).

- Manage a sales pipeline of multimillion-dollar deals with Tier-1 clients like Airtel, JIO, Vodafone Idea, etc.

2. Account Management & Client Engagement:

- Lead key account relationships with C-level stakeholders in large telecom and enterprise organizations.

- Build and lead dedicated business units for strategic clients, including sales, delivery, and presales teams.

- Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.

3. Contract & Commercial Management:

- Lead contract negotiations (both fixed and variable) with a focus on risk mitigation and profitability.

- Structure multi-year MSAs, O&M contracts, and software service agreements exceeding $100M in value.

- Work closely with legal, finance, and procurement for approvals and compliance.

4. Vendor & Partner Ecosystem:

- Build strategic alliances with OEMs, software vendors, and service partners (e.g., Huawei, ADVA, RedHat, Mavenir).

- Onboard and manage vendor relationships to enable service rollout and cost optimization.

- Work on ecosystem readiness for cutting-edge solutions like Open RAN, Cloud Managed Services, and Automation.

5. Business Transformation & P&L Management:

- Lead business transformation initiatives across IT, Network, and Field Services.

- Own P&L responsibilities for multiple business verticals, ensuring revenue targets and operational profitability.

- Develop new revenue streams through cross-selling and upselling to existing accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

- Bachelor.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in telecom, ICT, and enterprise solutions.

- Proven track record of handling accounts with annual revenues exceeding $50M.

- Experience in leading contract closures, digital services delivery, and managed services.

Technical Exposure:

- Telecom Infrastructure (RAN, Core, Transmission)

- IT & Network Managed Services

- Cloud Solutions (RedHat, VMware, Mavenir)

- Enterprise Solutions (Unified Communication, IP Telephony)

- Project Delivery & Field Operations
