Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional who brings a mix of strategic and tactical thinking in pre-sales and business development work to win new business. This role involves understanding client challenges, assisting in creating tailored ERP solutions, and effectively demonstrating NWAY ERP product and services capabilities to prospective clients, driving revenue growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the main benefits and functionalities of NWAY ERP Products in depth.
- Understand prospective clients' business challenges and conduct thorough market research to identify potential new clients.
- Enhance and expand the contact databases to reach out to a wider range of potential companies.
- Accurately enter and update all customer information and sales activities in the CRM database.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the digital marketing team for inbound lead qualification and nurturing.
- Conduct engaging software learning sessions and compelling demos for prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in ERP software marketing.
Team Handling: Good in team handling, with proven ability to lead and motivate.
Relationship Building: Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with prospects and customers.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and strong written communication skills.
Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Integrity: Possesses a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
Technical Aptitude: Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant CRM software and telemarketing systems.
Resilience: Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection professionally.
Collaboration: Excellent team player and coordinator.
Goal-Oriented: Goal-driven with outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
ERP Domain Expertise: Knowledge of software lifecycle and ERP domain.
Sales Acumen: Experience with sales ticket sizes and managing multiple accounts, along with familiarity with sales processes related to high-value transactions.
Education: MBA preferred / Any Graduate.
