Job Description:

- Regional Legal Manager for a reputed Bank/NBFC to manage legal operations across Karnataka.

- 6+ years of experience in Banking or NBFC legal functions

- Strong experience in non-litigation matters and legal opinions

- Experience handling documentation, due diligence, contracts, recovery-related legal support, and regulatory compliance

- Ability to manage legal matters across the Karnataka region

- Strong coordination skills with business, credit, collections, operations, and external counsel
