Job Responsibility - Drafting lease deeds and leave and license agreements. - Preparing title reports on behalf of Bank in relation to the property being mortgaged and on behalf of the company for selling of their properties. - Drafting / vetting / perusing / modifying various property documents such as Agreement of Sale, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Leave & License, Lease Deed, Letter of Intent, Memorandum Of Understanding, Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Entry and Declaration Cum Confirmations, Indenture of Mortgage.
