PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent ) - Experience in Automation + responsible for leading improvement agenda for the account to deliver business impact for client - Motivating change within the organization using relevant digital tools and methodology along with leading the QA function - Preferably a master blackbelt in Six Sigma who could deploy and drive Six Sigma standards - Manages stakeholder adoption/change activities through project management tools across process, organizational design and technologies. - Must be curious and courageous to challenge the status quo with an eye for detail - Provides analytical and conceptual direction to project team members throughout the life of the project, ensuring alignment and value delivery. - Partnering with various stakeholders for TNI/TNA of QA team and for operations - Leading and coaching a team of professionals for the quality analysis of the banking industry - Managing global transaction quality vertical - Conduct monthly reviews with Operation stakeholders to review performance on Quality Metrics and draw action plan on areas for improvement - Collaborating with senior stakeholders in the on-going strategic & operational review of the quality assurance infrastructure to keep it aligned to the objectives - Ensure service readiness from Quality Assurance standpoint and enhance process capability in meeting client defined SLAs for new programs - Contributing to the achievement of team's KPI and taking accountability for escalations on areas of weakness - Act as a catalyst between Delivery, quality, Training & HR function on problem identification, solution designing, implementation, tracking & measuring the actionable & Outcome BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS: (Attitude, Aptitude and Abilities) - Strong Project, People and Management skills - Ability to identify & prioritize Customer needs and expectations using tools such as Voice of Customer, Quality function deployment & customer surveys - Ability to collaborate with different teams, superior influencing skills, and strong senior-level communication abilities - Preferably should be a black belt in Six Sigma Quality principles - Good understanding of process improvement tools using root cause analysis, PDCA, six sigma DMAIC models, Failure mode & Effects analysis (FMEA) - Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment Additional Specifications - 24X7 work environment - Gurugram/Chennai candidate would be preferred. - Candidate who is looking for long term career with company
