We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Finance Manager - Sales Operations to serve as a key financial partner to our Sales and Sales Operations teams.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop financial models and dashboards to monitor KPIs, analyze revenue trends, and present sales performance reviews to leadership.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; conduct variance analysis and identify financial risks and opportunities.

- Act as a strategic advisor to sales and business units, providing financial guidance to support decision-making and growth initiatives.

- Ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance with internal policies and external regulations; support audit activities.

- Execute financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and improve financial processes and tools.

Requirements:.

- 8+ years in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or corporate finance.

- Experience in IT services is a plus.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Advanced Excel proficiency.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
