Job Summary:

- We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing professional to manage our online presence across all platforms.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.

- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories to enhance brand visibility.

- Manage daily social media operations - posting, monitoring, responding to comments/messages.

- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for visuals, copy, and campaign planning.

- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

- Monitor competitors and suggest improvements for better engagement and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and analytics tools.

- Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.

- Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads - preferred).

- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:.

- Basic graphic designing or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

- Experience in influencer marketing and community building.
