
Job Description:
- Experience Required: 8 to 15 years in Enterprise Sales
- Industry: Information Technology (IT)
Preferred Background:
- Proven experience in software sales, especially through manufacturing verticals
- Strong exposure to CRM and ERP solutions
- Demonstrated success in solution-based selling to enterprise clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities in enterprise accounts across targeted industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Mandatory Skills:
- Deep understanding of IT sales cycles and enterprise buying behavior
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and long sales cycles
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling CRM and ERP solutions (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with manufacturing sector challenges and digital transformation needs
- Ability to work across geographies and adapt to diverse client environments
