Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced corporate legal professional with 5-7 years of experience, preferably from an NBFC / Bank / Financial Institution/ law firms background, to handle corporate legal matters, treasury and financing transactions and day-to-day legal support to business teams. This role requires strong expertise in financial sector regulations and transaction structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and loan documents or customer-related documentation.
ii. Advise the business teams on legal risks, contract structuring, and regulatory requirements.
iii. Support product launches, new business initiatives, and operational processes from a legal perspective.
iv. Provide legal support for treasury transactions including borrowings arrangements and structured finance deals.
v. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable smooth business operations while ensuring legal compliance.
iii. Ability to work in a fast-paced environmenti.
Key Requirements:
i. Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university with 5-7 years of relevant experience with NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Banks, or law firms handling NBFC/FI clients.
ii. Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
iii. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
