We are seeking a highly accomplished white-collar crime lawyer with extensive experience representing clients before regulatory and enforcement authorities, including ED, CBI, SEBI, SFIO, and under PMLA. The role demands a strategic, fearless professional capable of navigating high-stakes, multi-agency proceedings and protecting the interests of corporates, promoters, and high-net-worth individuals under intense scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead representation of clients before enforcement and investigative agencies in complex white-collar crime matters.

- Develop and execute strategic defense in high-profile regulatory proceedings.

- Draft legal submissions, representations, and petitions for authorities, tribunals, and courts.

- Advise boards, promoters, and senior executives on regulatory exposure, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation.

- Coordinate with cross-border counsel, forensic experts, and advisors for multi-jurisdictional matters.

- Maintain the highest level of discretion in sensitive and high-visibility cases.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 8-15+ years of experience in a leading law firm or recognized white-collar crime practice, handling enforcement and regulatory matters.

- LLB from a recognized university; an advanced degree such as LLM in Corporate Law, Criminal Law, or Financial Regulation is highly desirable.

- Demonstrable track record in cases involving ED, CBI, SEBI, SFIO, PMLA, and other investigative authorities.

- Strong litigation, advocacy, and strategic advisory skills with proven ability to manage high-pressure, high-profile matters.

- Exceptional judgment, analytical capabilities, and client advisory skills.
