Plant Quality Head - Sheetmetal

Description:

- Responsible for all plant Quality activities Like Customer, Product and Process, Supplier, NPD QA, QMS, Internal & External Audits and Stratagic Planning for improvement etc. verall responsible for all Quality related activities of company.

- Ensuring raw material inspection, in process and final inspection as per the standards and customers requirement

- Providing technical expertise on quality aspects and to resolve day to day operational problems by providing feedback and corrective action to be taken.

- Ensuring calibration and Control of inspection measuring and test equipments and Measurement system analysis.

- SQC and SPC studies for process performances.

- Rejection and rework analysis.

- Analysis of quality problem, taking countermeasure and monitoring the effect of correction.

- Initiating implementation and verifying effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions

- Customer complaint handling and redressal.

- Control of non-conforming product and its further processing.

- New development / Modification of components and sample preparation.

- Development & procurement of Gauges and Fixtures for inspection.

- Establishing , implementing and maintaining quality system

- Reporting the performance of the quality system for management review.

- Organizing internal quality audit and preparing internal quality audit report .

- Maintaining original documents and their master lists and issue of quality system manual, quality system procedures, work instructions and formats.

- Ensuring proper training and development of personnel in the department.

- Coordination for action plan for improvement of customer satisfaction level.

- Implementation of continuous improvement projects.
