Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure operational excellence across all plant functions in a high-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete plant operations including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain

- Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion

- Improve PBT, ROCE, and overall financial performance of the unit

- Define and execute manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals

- Champion Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation initiatives

- Ensure flawless new product launches and time-to-market efficiency

- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and productivity improvements

- Build and lead high-performing teams; strengthen leadership pipeline

- Manage large workforce including permanent and contractual employees

- Maintain strong relationships with external authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to all statutory, safety, and compliance standards

- Enhance brand equity through product quality and operational excellence

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Extensive leadership experience in large manufacturing setups

- Strong exposure to multi-product manufacturing environments

- Mandatory working knowledge of SAP

- Proven track record in driving plant P&L, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives

- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability

- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

- Experience in scaling operations and driving market competitiveness
