Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 4 - 7 Years (International Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of Year-on-Year and Quarterly Sales Targets, including both revenue growth and new client acquisition.

- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.

- Drive New Business Development as well as account mining of existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Engage with potential clients to create interest, present tailored solutions, and deliver impactful sales presentations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals, pitches, and pricing strategies.

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure sustained revenue over multi-year engagements.

- Execute strategic account development initiatives to deliver consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline, ensuring predictable business outcomes.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of international sales experience in Digital, IT, or Cloud servicespreferably in USA, Europe, or the Middle East markets.

- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of BDEs and Inside Sales professionals.

- Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound outreach, and strategic lead generation.

- In-depth understanding of the Digital Transformation, IT Solutions, SaaS, and Cloud

Ecosystem, capable of delivering quick wins and long-term value.

- Proven track record of winning mid-sized to enterprise clients, especially in the US market.

- Excellent account mining and upselling capabilities with a focus on building repeat business

and increasing account value.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a target-driven mindset.

- Capable of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
