We are looking for Senior Principal - Executive Search

Seeking exceptional Executive Search professional who can map the market, identify transformational leadership talent, and spearhead complex leadership and executive search mandates. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of market intelligence, leadership advisory, executive relationships and search excellence.

The role offers hybrid work engagement. Work location can be any of the Omega Healthcare India work locations (Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore and Trichy).

The ideal profile:

- Someone with 8 - 14 years of Executive Search experience preferably with a leading International/Global Executive Search firm.

- Strong track record of handling Senior Leadership and CXO level mandates.

- Exceptional ability to map talent markets, identify passive talent and build deep leadership talent pools.

- Strong understanding of industries, organizations, leadership ecosystems and competitive talent landscapes.

- Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to engage credibly with Senior Leaders and Stakeholders.

- Commercially astute, intelligently curious and highly networked.

- Demonstrated ability to own mandates end to end from market mapping and research through candidate engagement, assessment and closure.

- A trusted advisor mindset with maturity and presence to operate at the highest levels of an organization.
