Job Description: Odoo Sales Lead


Position: Sales Lead - Odoo ERP Solutions

Location: Noida office


Department: Sales & Business Development


Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and driven Odoo Sales Lead to spearhead our ERP solutions sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while managing client relationships to ensure long-term success. You will serve as the bridge between clients and our technical/implementation teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Odoo ERP solutions, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing.

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored Odoo ERP solutions.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and functional teams to prepare proposals, demos, and RFP responses.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM and ensure timely updates.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client insights to management.


Requirements:


- Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record in ERP/Software sales, preferably with Odoo ERP or similar platforms.

- 3-6 years of experience in B2B software/IT services sales.

- Strong understanding of ERP processes (Accounting, CRM, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.


Preferred Skills


- Prior experience selling Odoo ERP solutions.

- Understanding of SaaS-based ERP models.

- Existing network of enterprise clients in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or services.

- Knowledge of software implementation cycles and change management.
