We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Program Manager with expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS transformation, system integration, and managed services. The ideal candidate will lead delivering programs, ensuring seamless execution across global teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, modern software engineering steps & process and technical expertise in OSS/BSS to drive successful program execution, stakeholder engagement, and business innovation.
About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Program Manager to lead large-scale Telecom OSS/BSS transformation and system integration programs. This role blends delivery leadership, engineering excellence, stakeholder engagement, and business management. Youll drive complex programs across global teams with a focus on speed, quality, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of OSS/BSS transformation programs end-to-end.
- Ensure outcomes through modern software practices (Agile, DevOps)
- Manage cross-functional global teams, fostering alignment across engineering, operations, and business.
- Own SDLC execution from requirement to deployment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage escalations and governance.
- Own P&L, drive cost control, budgeting, and growth.
- Support pre-sales, RFPs, and solutioning efforts.
- Strengthen delivery through automation, DevOps, and ITSM best practices.
- Build high-performing teams, mentor talent, and drive a culture of innovation
What You Bring
- 16+ years in delivery and program management within telecom OSS/BSS.
- Background in software engineering with transition into leadership roles.
- Deep technical understanding of OSS/BSS, DevOps, ITSM, and system integration.
- Hands-on familiarity with:
- Tools like Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Monitoring (Splunk, Dynatrace), ITSM (ServiceNow)
- CI/CD, containers (Docker, K8s), infra-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Proven ability to lead global teams, manage complex programs, and deliver outcomes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Bachelors in Engineering
- Certifications (PMP, ITIL, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience with OSS/BSS products (Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson)
- Exposure to AI-driven automation in telecom
- Familiarity with global delivery models
