About the job
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Assist in defining and refining brand identity, value proposition, messaging for both corporate brand and individual real estate projects.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis specific to Mumbai / suburbs to understand buyer/investor preferences, pricing, design trends.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: signage, hoardings, project brochures,
websites, social media, advertising, sales collaterals.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media / outdoor / print vendors for campaign creatives, hoardings, ATL & BTL.
- Collaboration with sales and project teams to align marketing & launch activities with project timelines and sales goals.
Offline Brand Building:
- Organize on-ground activations and broker / channel partner engagement programs.
- Ensure permits / regulatory compliance for outdoor / on-ground advertising as per Mumbai municipal / RERA rules etc.
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Oversee production of visual & multimedia content (photo shoots, video stories, virtual tours) to reinforce brand imagery.
Collateral & Communication:
- Maintain oversight of all copy and design to ensure consistency in tone, look & feel.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor competitor campaigns and market activities; report insights and suggest improvement.
- Collect feedback from brokers, customers to refine brand communication and positioning.
Budgeting & Vendor Management:
effectiveness, negotiating with vendors / agencies.
- Track invoices, media spend, vendor deliverables, timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with regulatory / municipal / RERA bodies as needed for approvals and compliance of branding and advertising materials.
Invoice Processing, Billing & ERP:
- Process vendor invoices related to marketing, branding, advertising, events, and site-experience spending; verify accuracy of deliverables, quantities, rates, and approval.
- Enter and manage billing, vendor payments, and expense records in the companys ERP system.
- Coordinate with the finance / accounts team to reconcile marketing & branding expenditures, budget variances, and ensure timely payments.
- Generate periodic reports from the ERP (expenditure vs plan, vendor-by-vendor spend, campaign ROI) to support management decision-making.
Site Experience:
- Oversee site-level brand experience: ensure that the actual project site (showrooms, display units, sales offices, site hoardings, fa- ade branding) reflects the brands look & feel, messaging, and quality standards consistently.
- Maintain regular inspections of sites to enforce branding standards, resolve deviations, and ensure that visitor experience aligns with brand promise.
Skill set & required experience:
- SFDC knowledge is must
- 4 to 7 years of experience
