What youll do:
- Streamline HR processes to make the organization faster, smarter, and more people-centric
- Curate and implement company policies that balance compliance with culture
- Benchmark compensation and design fair, competitive pay structures
- Lead employee benefits programs that keep the team happy, healthy, and motivated
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that make work feel rewarding, not routine
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
What were looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, labor laws, and people management
- Proven track record in compensation benchmarking and benefits design
- Ability to translate organizational goals into clear, actionable HR policies
- Sharp communicator with empathy and a strong problem-solving mindset
- Someone who loves structure but thinks creatively about people-first solutions
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in Influencer Marketing Company/ Talent Management Agency
- Know your way around HRIS tools (like Keka)
- Love building culture through events, engagement, and smart internal communication
- Are data-driven and can back people decisions with insight
