Qualifications & Required Skills:

Education:

- Masters degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA in Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- A Medical degree (MBBS/BDS) with administrative postgraduate qualifications is preferred.

Experience:

- Proven track record in a senior administrative or deputy role within a NABH-accredited hospital.

Core Competencies:

- Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret financial data and operational metrics.

- Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

- Resilience: High emotional intelligence and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, insurance/TPA processes, and patient safety standards.

Desired Profile Sector Experience:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or deputy role within a large-scale multispecialty hospital.

Accreditation Knowledge:

- Hands-on experience with NABH standards, ensuring the facility is always audit-read
