Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Social Media Expert to manage and optimize social media initiatives for our e-commerce clients.
- In this role, you will independently handle client communication and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns.
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record in social media management, client engagement, problem-solving, and campaign execution across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SMO strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create social media ad campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok & LinkedIn for eCommerce clients as part of overall social media marketing strategies.
- Ensure efficient use of budgets and resources to maximize ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized social media solutions.
- Act as the go-to expert for resolving issues on social media platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Maintain a strong relationship with platform support teams to address challenges effectively.
- Manage and nurture relationships with premium clients, ensuring their social media presence drives impactful results.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns and strategies for continuous improvement and optimal results.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management with strong expertise in handling organic and paid campaigns for e-commerce clients.

- Proficient in social media advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with strong familiarity in analytics and interpreting data for strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and client collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
