Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Talent Acquisition with a strong background in capital market hiring. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs for capital market roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for specialized mandates.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
