Key Responsibilities (100% Recruitment-Focused):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral hiring across legal roles (associates, senior associates, partners) and non-legal functions.
- Partner closely with Practice Group Leaders & Senior Stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliverables.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Handle entire recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage and evaluate external recruitment partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche and leadership roles to meet future requirements.
- Standardize interview, evaluation, and selection processes for consistency across business verticals.
- Drive recruitment analytics & reporting (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and present insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring protocols.
- Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, campus connect, and social media engagement.
