We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with proven expertise in Junior, Mid-Management, and Leadership Hiring as well as lateral recruitment. This is a strategic yet hands-on role requiring maturity, vision, and strong stakeholder partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across practice groups and business support functions.
- Drive lateral hiring across junior, mid, and senior corporate levels.
- Build strong pipelines for niche and critical skill sets.
- Partner with Managing Partners, Practice Heads, and HR Leadership to fulfill hiring needs.
- Manage and engage with executive search consultants and recruitment agencies.
- Deploy innovative sourcing strategies (headhunting, networking, direct outreach).
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with the firms brand.
- Leverage data & analytics to track hiring efficiency and improve time-to-fill.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the Talent/HR team.
Candidate Profile:
- Min - 12+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within Executive Search, Consulting, or Corporate TA Leadership roles.
- Strong track record in large-scale lateral hiring (Junior to Leadership roles).
- Industry exposure to BFSI / NBFC / Banking / Professional Services is highly preferred.
- Expertise in managing executive search consultants & recruitment agencies.
- Strong headhunting, senior leadership hiring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
