Manager/Senior Manager - Finished Goods Store - Tyres

Industry: Automotive Manufacturer

Industry preference: Manufacturing sector, preferably from Tyre, auto components, or Automobile manufacturing.

Purpose of the JOB:

- Responsible for satisfying internal customers SLA PCR & TBR in receiving tyres as per plan.

- Dispatch tyres as per customer requirement and meeting customer satisfaction.

- FGS inventory accuracy and stock management.

Skills required:

- SAP, WMS / EWM

- TMS / AOTM

- Statutory and GST requirements related to FGS

- Safety requirements

- Warehouse and logistics management

- Budgeting

- Manpower management (approx. 200 3PL manpower)

- Communication and correspondence

Key job responsibilities:

- Receipt handling of finished products (PCR & TBR).

- Dispatch as per customer requirement with 100% adherence.

- 100% safety compliance.

- Inventory and storage control.

- Perpetual inventory and stock accuracy.

- Managing and coordinating with purchase for bought-out goods.

- Coordination with the export team for dispatches.

- Internal & external audits.

- Maintain better housekeeping (5S).

- MIS reporting.

- Zero customer complaints.

- Logistics management (dealing with transporters/head office).

- Coordinating with head office planners to get plans for dispatch.

- Interaction with quality for audits and bought-out clearance.

- WMS / EWM & TMS / ATOM adherence.
