Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Manufacturing to lead our production operations in Pune. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that production targets are met with uncompromising quality and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks. By driving process excellence and managing complex manufacturing projects, you will directly influence our plant's output, cost-efficiency, and overall competitive standing in the market. Qualifications:

- BE/B. Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics and MBA (Operations or manufacturing or related discipline).

- Experience in Manufacturing will be given preference. Min 2 years' experience post MBA/MTech.
