Legal Manager one of India's topmost business conglomerates
We are currently looking to fill a Legal Manager position with the topmost business Conglomerates in India. The position is to be based in Gurgaon.

Position Overview
- The role encompasses providing legal advice and opinions on issues pertaining to day-to-day operations of the company and its initiatives, including handling litigation, contract drafting and reviewing, regulatory matters, and M&A.
- The position is based at the ITCHL Corporate Office in Gurgaon, and legal managers work closely with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance-related issues.
Education:
- Candidates must have completed their undergrad from a prescribed law school list, including The top Law schools of India
- Marks should be a minimum 70% and the CGPA should be mentioned on the resume.
Experience:
- Overall post-qualification legal experience between 2-5 years.
- Prior work experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions, including due diligence, and negotiations.
- Exposure to Litigation, particularly in labour matters, and matters involving human resources related issues.
- Understanding of vetting and drafting agreement along with Indirect taxes.
