- Preference for the individual to have worked in Gurugram and be aware of all legal matters pertaining businesses in this jurisdiction, worked in corporate firms & also have a Company Secretary qualification. - The individual would have at least 6 years of work experience and will be dealing with commercial and vendor contracts, employment law, adherence to local rules and regulations. - This is an individual contributor role and is a singular one person role in the local legal team. The reporting line would be matrixed- to Asia Pacific legal teams/global legal teams as well as locally to the existing leadership in the office. This is a fully onsite role (no hybrid , no remote).
