About:
- Must be working with large scale IT services firm
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of IT and technology-related contracts - MSA, SOW, Software development and implementation agreements, SaaS, cloud services, and licensing agreements, NDA etc.
- Advise business teams on contract structure, risk allocation, liability, indemnities, IP rights, data protection, and payment terms.
- Strong experience negotiating technology and commercial contracts.
- Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, information security, and technology-related regulations.
- Support implementation and maintenance of data privacy and security frameworks
- Identify legal risks across operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Experience on global contracts preferably US / Europe laws.
