About the Position:
We are looking for a high-on-energy, creative and go-getter talent with a strong analytical mindset to work with us in the HR team. The role will be based in Mumbai. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation of HR strategy and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy
- Assist in strengthening a comprehensive HR function - talent acquisition, training and performance management plan, appraisals, onboarding exit management etc.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Review and improvise existing HR processes and ensure adherence to protocol
- Regular engagement for learning & development initiatives, team building initiatives, offsite planning, etc.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the organisation - corporate governance, high standards of ethics and compliance
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in talent acquisition is highly preferred along with thorough knowledge of HR processes.
- Dynamic, hustler and self-driven (high ownership & initiative).
- Attitude to learn and grow.
- Orientation to detail and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication; ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to key stakeholders; process sensitive information.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
