
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end Corporate HR operations. The role requires strong hands-on experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and talent management, along with the ability to lead a small HR team and work closely with business leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR lifecycle for ~120 corporate employees
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
- Supervise and guide 2 HR team members
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives
- Manage performance management and compensation processes
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and labour laws
- Coordinate statutory audits and maintain HR documentation
- Manage HRMS, attendance, and process improvements
- Education: MBA / MSW in HR or Personnel Management
- Labour law certification preferred
- Location: Vashi (near railway station)
- Team Size: ~120 employees | 2 direct reportees to position
- All 6 Days Working Organisation
