About this position:

We are looking for an experienced Pesticides Export Manager to join our fast-growing international business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of international trade, including developing new export markets, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws.

The Export Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail.

They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.

- Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of loading.

- Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, and vendors.

- Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements.

- Compare shipping contracts and freight charges.

- Coordinate with authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.

- Address customer inquiries and complaints.

- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Pesticides or Agrochemicals export business.

- Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in international agrochemicals sales.

- Sound knowledge of agrochemicals/ Pesticides.

- Able to generate Export orders on agrochemicals independently.
