The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber sales leader to drive direct sales for large-scale government and enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for winning multi-crore deals and managing a high-pressure revenue target.
Key Accountabilities:
- Revenue Ownership: Deliver an annual revenue target of 40 Cr (~3.3 Cr/month).
- Strategic Mix: Balance fast-closing system replacements (60-65% of revenue) with long-term strategic deals (35-40%).
- Market Displacement: Target legacy platforms (VMS/Analytics) to drive high-value competitive displacement.
- Ecosystem Influence: Engage with CXOs, EPC contractors, and PMC consultants to influence project specifications.
- Deal Velocity: Maintain strict execution discipline, ensuring no opportunity stagnates beyond 45 days.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven Track Record: Verifiable history of achieving 40 Cr+ in enterprise revenue.
- Domain Expertise: Successful closures in Smart Cities, Airports, Metros, or Critical Infrastructure.
- Strong Network: An active, verifiable network of decision-makers and influencers within these sectors.
