Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (Corporate Office)
Reporting To: Team Lead & Head - HR
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Note: While the firm follows a 5-day work week, the candidate should be open to working remotely on Saturdays based on business exigencies, project requirements, or critical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for lateral associates, partners, and staff across Mumbai offices
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify hiring needs and create sourcing strategies
- Develop and implement recruitment frameworks to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate quality
- Standardize interview and evaluation processes
- Manage relationships with external search firms, ensuring alignment with hiring protocols
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and bridge capability gaps
- Drive key HR projects including policy design, team structuring, and leadership hiring
Leadership Development:
- Conduct 360-degree assessments and support senior-level hiring
- Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and leadership development strategies
Campus Hiring & Engagement:
- Lead national law school recruitment and employer branding initiatives
Employee Engagement:
- Execute firm-wide engagement strategies, employee satisfaction surveys, and HiPo talent identification Performance Management Implement Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework
- Lead goal setting and performance review cycles
Learning & Development:
- Conduct leadership and development workshops
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM or Master's Degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant post-qualification HR experience
- Strong functional HR knowledge with proven leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a high-performance, dynamic, and strategic setup
