Job Title: Business Development Manager ERP Sales

Location: Ahmedabad office

Experience: Minimum 6 years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager ERP Sales who will be responsible for managing the complete ERP sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise solutions, excellent presentation skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end ERP sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.

- Own and deliver product demonstrations during sales pitches.

- Work on at least 45 full ERP implementation life cycles and leverage that experience in client conversations.

- Identify customer pain points and scope requirements prior to demos to ensure effective engagement.

- Arrange business meetings and one-on-one discussions with prospective clients.

- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and seminars to create business opportunities.

- Generate leads through multiple channels and develop a strong sales pipeline.

- Prepare proposals and sales contracts in line with company policies and guidelines.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partner networks across the ecosystem.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, revenue, and related sales activities.

- Make strategic, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced business environment.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review sales strategies and outcomes.

- Coordinate with international teams for project planning and execution.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations.

- Work across different time zones based on customer availability.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of increasing deal size, accelerating sales cycles, and driving add-on solution sales.

- Engage with enterprise-level customers and manage complex sales engagements.

- Contribute to developing and refining organizational sales processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in ERP sales.

- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and enterprise business processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).

- Prior experience selling to enterprise or large corporate customers.
