What Youll Do:

- Generate leads through networking, market mapping & cold calls.

- Pitch tailored staffing solutions and close business deals.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client delivery.

- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.

- Strong understanding of staffing operations (IT & Non-IT preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
