Description: Were Hiring - Business Development Manager (Domestic Staffing) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Work Mode: Work From Office Experience: 2 to 6 Years (Mandatory experience in Domestic Staffing) At XRG Consulting Pvt. Ltd. were expanding our Staffing vertical and looking for a passionate, target-driven Business Development Manager who knows the Domestic Staffing industry inside out! If youre someone who loves building client relationships, driving business growth, and thrives in a dynamic office environment, wed love to connect with you. What Youll Do: - Identify and onboard new clients for domestic staffing and recruitment services. - Generate leads through networking, market mapping & cold calls. - Pitch tailored staffing solutions and close business deals. - Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client delivery. - Maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeat business. What Were Looking For: - 2-6 years of proven experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Business Development. - Strong understanding of staffing operations (IT & Non-IT preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. - Confident, self-driven, and able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
