We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales professional to manage and grow franchisee operations for Packaged Drinking Water across an assigned territory. The role focuses on franchisee performance, distribution expansion, sales target achievement, operational excellence, and strong coordination with internal stakeholders to drive market share and profitability.

Location - Pune/Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Ensure appointment, setup, and smooth operations of franchisees and their manpower as per the Annual Business Plan.

- Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and monitor daily sales performance.

- Work closely with franchisees on costing, pricing frameworks, and profitability management.

- Ensure distributor appointments, system adherence, documentation, and reporting as per defined norms.

- Monitor inventories, outstanding collections, franchisee fees, quality compliance, and competitor activity while coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, technical, Modern Trade, Institutional, and HoReCa.

Requirements :

- 9+ years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or franchisee management.

- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution models, franchise operations, and territory networking.

- Proven experience in driving sales targets, market expansion, and partner performance.

- Exposure to Packaged Drinking Water or beverage categories is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.
