Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Assist senior sales executives in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote company products.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and maintain relationships.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to support strategic planning.
Sales Support & Documentation:
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer data in internal systems.
- Participate in product training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings.
Performance & Targets:
- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs during the training period.
- Continuously improve performance by adopting best sales practices and learning from senior team members.
