Role overview

We're looking for a Program Manager - Growth who sits at the intersection of business analysis, growth analytics, and marketing. This role owns growth programs end-to-end from insight to execution and works closely with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Business teams.

What you'll do

- Own growth analytics across the funnel acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

- Drive cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and customer behavior insights to inform growth decisions.

- Track and improve north star metrics of revenue, retention, and conversion.

- Build dashboards and deep dives using SQL, MS Excel, R/Python and other BI tools.

- Translate insights into clear recommendations/actionables and work with stakeholders to execute them.

- Own growth processes from problem definition to execution and outcome tracking.

- Own and optimize CRM journeys across channels (push, email, WhatsApp, SMS) to improve conversion.

- Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments across growth and marketing CRM initiatives.

What we're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in growth, analytics, program management roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, BI tools (non-negotiable).

- Solid understanding of business metrics, growth north star metrics, marketing & CRM analytics.

- Experience running experiments and A/B tests and translating results into action.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive execution across teams.

- High ownership mindset comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.

- Experience working with CRM tools is a plus (MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze, WebEngage, or similar).

Nice to have

- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace businesses.

- Exposure with end to end marketing and retention-led growth.

- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
