Litigation Lawyer - Law firm  Key Responsibilities:  1. Appearances before High Courts, Supreme Court, District Courts, Consumer Forums, Labour Courts and Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal etc.  2. Any experience in arbitration proceedings is a plus.  3. Drafting and vetting of plants, petitions, replies, suits, written statements, counter-affidavits, rejoinders, appeals and miscellaneous applications; filing of caveats; coordination with local counsel for outstation matters.  4. Well versed with civil & commercial laws; property law; consumer complaints  5. Experience in initiating, defending and managing litigation with an aim at solving cases.  6.
