Legal Manager - Engineering Firm

A well-reputed global engineering and offshore services company is looking to hire a Legal Manager with 15+ years of experience for their Navi Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will handle high-value contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and labor law matters, providing strategic legal support to India operations and interfacing with senior management and regional leadership.

Key Requirements:

- Lead and manage end-to-end contract drafting, review, and negotiation, including EPC, offshore, marine, and engineering contracts.

- Provide corporate, commercial, and compliance advisory, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.

- Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and investigations, coordinating with external counsel and managing legal risk for high-value projects.

- Advise on labor and employment laws, supporting HR and management on statutory compliance, employee relations, and regulatory matters.

- Manage and mentor a Senior Legal Counsel, driving legal strategy and cross-functional coordination across projects and operations.

- The company is a global leader in offshore, marine, and engineering projects, providing geotechnical, survey, and technical services for infrastructure, renewable energy, oil & gas, and marine projects. This role is a strategic legal position with exposure to complex contracts, regulatory matters, and project-based operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Should come from an EPC background
