Legal Counsel - Recruitment Services

Position : Legal Counsel - India

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Legal Director (APAC)

Responsibilities :

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating recruitment services agreements, labour outsourcing

- contracts. Interfacing with internal and client counterparts across the Asia Pacific region and/or global as required.

- Identifying customer contract clauses that do not comply with Company's policies and escalating issues to stakeholders/approvers.

- Updating templates for customer and vendor transactions and other business deals that the company may enter into.

- Functioning as part of the wider regional legal team, including engaging with other departments, undertaking any regional or global projects, initiatives, deals, corporate or other commercial transactions as may arise or be assigned.

- Being responsible for management of the full deal cycle, including communicating status of contracts. Oversee development of and approvals for customer deals, working with and coordinating activities between various departments (e.g., sales, finance) and stakeholders.

- Analyzing customer requests for information (including tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and RFls), advising commercial leaders on how best to respond, and drafting responses to ensure quick, accurate, and comprehensive bids.

- Responding to queries and providing legal advice relating to customer contracts, including early contract termination, novation, renewals, amendments, client rights, and ensuring changes are properly documented.
