Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive direct sales of ERP solutions tailored for manufacturing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with the right ERP solution.
- Identify, target, and engage potential enterprise customers in the manufacturing space.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, implementation) to deliver customized solutions and ensure client success.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through focused efforts and strategic engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and regular reporting to leadership.
- Evangelize the product and brand in the market, showcasing thought leadership in ERP for manufacturing.
- Constantly identify new market opportunities and contribute insights to the sales strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in ERP solutions, with a strong focus on manufacturing industry clients.
- Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of ERP product capabilities and how they align with business needs in manufacturing.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and accountability.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set - someone who can think like a business owner.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
