Role: Manager - Strategic Partnerships

Role Overview:
- Drive strategic partnerships to support business growth and market expansion
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with global partners and clients
- Contribute to revenue growth through alliances in ERP, cloud, and eCommerce domains
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners across ERP and digital platforms
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and enterprise clients
- Develop partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Conduct market and competitive analysis within the ERP and technology ecosystem
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and partnership negotiations
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams
- Track partnership performance and optimize engagement models
- Represent the company at industry events and partner forums
- Mentor and guide junior business development or alliance team members

- Growth in partner-led revenue and pipeline generation
- Successful onboarding and activation of strategic partners
- Improved partner satisfaction and long-term retention

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development
- Proven experience working with ERP, SaaS, cloud, or eCommerce solutions
- Strong exposure to global clients or partner ecosystems
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field
