Job Description: Manager Talent Acquisition

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic TA manager to lead the Talent acquisition efforts at a Business Unit level. This role focuses on meeting Manpower's needs of the assigned business unit through monitoring and guiding a small team of recruiters. In addition, TA Manager will directly drive leadership hiring for the respective BU by sourcing profiles himself/herself.

Qualification:

Graduate with an MBA in HR/ Qualification certification in HR

Experience:

9-12 years of experience in core Talent acquisition or Experience as an HR business Partner wherein TA is included.

Exposure to leadership hiring is a must. Exposure to Team handling is a must

Looking for people from a Corporate TA background. Corporate plus executive search is an advantage. Only a consulting background won't be considered

Exposure to EPC, Water industry, Manufacturing will be added advantage. Only service or IT related exposure will not be considered.

Location: Head office, Mahalaxmi

Team size - 2-3 members

Reporting: Matrix reporting to Head TA and Head HRBP

Core Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

- Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with business and HR leaders.

- Design and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires.

2. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from job requisition to onboarding.

- Identify and engage talent through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, and campus drives).

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

- Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche or leadership positions.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver on hiring targets.

- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and other vendors.

- Negotiate and manage agency contracts and performance metrics.

4. Candidate Experience & Selection

- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Drive structured interview processes and selection methodologies.

- Maintain fairness and compliance in all hiring decisions.

5. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's image in the job market.

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for social media campaigns, career fairs, and other talent outreach programs.

- Represent the company at campus events, job fairs, and industry forums.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire).

- Present periodic reports and insights to leadership on hiring performance and market trends.

7. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to enhance capability and performance.

- Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
