Description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in business management.
- Lead and manage a team of 2030 members, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Strategically plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention targets across the assigned client portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients to drive long-term engagement.
- Hire, train, and retain team members by formulating development plans and addressing their training needs.
- Ensure swift and effective resolution of client issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the field sales team in meeting revenue and retention targets through structured follow-ups and timely deal closures.
- Conduct 23 in-person client meetings daily to strengthen relationships and drive business outcomes.
Experience and Education:
- MBA graduate with strong academics
- 4+ yrs. of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention
- Preference for candidates with team handling experience of 10+ team members in last 2 yrs
