Key Account Manager - Centre of Excellence (COE).

Location: Uttar Pradesh & Rajasthan.

Reporting to: Head - Centre of Excellence.

Function: Academic Partnerships | Revenue & Account Growth.

Role Overview:

Imarticus Learning is looking to hire a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow Centre of Excellence (COE) partnerships with higher-education institutions.

The role is critical in ensuring smooth COE operations, strong institutional relationships, and consistent revenue generation through multiple engagement channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account & Relationship Management.

- Act as the primary SPOC for assigned COE partner colleges/universities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with VC's, Principals, TPOs, Deans, and senior stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth execution and governance of COE initiatives at each institution.

- Revenue Ownership & Growth.

- Drive revenue generation across all channels including:.

- Job-assured programs.

- Upskilling & certification programs.

- Internships & placement-linked offerings.

- Govt/NSDC-aligned programs (where applicable).

- Plan and execute quarterly revenue strategies for each COE account.

- Own account-level targets and closures in coordination with central sales teams.

- COE Program Execution.

- Ensure timely rollout of programs, workshops, seminars, FDPs, and student engagements.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing, ops) for seamless execution.

- Track program performance, student participation, and outcomes.

- Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting.

- Prepare and present monthly account reviews (MARs).

- Share revenue forecasts, pipeline updates, and risk assessments with Head - COE.

- Flag operational or commercial challenges early and drive resolution.

- Expansion & Account Mining.

- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing COE accounts.

- Support expansion of COE scope based on performance and institutional readiness.

Candidate Profile:

- 4-8 years of experience in Key Account Management / Institutional Sales / Academic Partnerships.

- Strong experience working with colleges, universities, or education partners.

- Proven ability to own revenue targets and manage enterprise-style accounts.

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
