The HR Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by combining deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Business HR (BHR), and Performance Management with strong policy governance and stakeholder management skills. The role demands a seasoned HR professional who can manage critical hiring, drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and implement people strategies that directly impact business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Staffing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, niche, and mission-critical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for business continuity.
Business HR Partnering
- Drive workforce planning aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and cultural alignment for new hires.
Performance Management & Policies
- Coach managers and employees on goal setting, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
Learning & Development
- Implement leadership development and skill enhancement programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness with measurable outcomes.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Generate and analyze HR metrics (attrition trends, recruitment turnaround time, engagement indices) to support strategic decisions.
- Manage employee benefits in partnership with service providers.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Present HR dashboards and insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred.
Skills Required
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally.
- Analytical skills for HR data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in HRMS (Keka) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High integrity in handling sensitive information.
