Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute India ER/LR strategy aligned with Global and ASPAC frameworks.
- Ensure compliant handling of employee relations, performance management, and grievance matters while coaching leaders.
- Lead labor relations strategy including CBA negotiations and advisory support for M&A, restructuring, and workforce events.
- Ensure policy compliance, governance, and consistent employee experience across plants in India.
- Build team capability, external networks, and drive continuous improvement in ER/LR processes.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 12+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in people management, and strong expertise in diagnosing organizational needs and building leadership capability.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage complex multi-functional stakeholders, and influence effectively across matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, simplifying complex inputs, and building trust through transparent, empathetic communication.
