Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the L&D programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Develop and implement effective program management strategies for various L&D initiatives.

3. Provide consulting services to internal stakeholders on best practices and strategies for L&D.

4. Conduct MIS reporting and business analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs.

5. Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and audits related to L&D.

6. Utilize Power BI to analyze and visualize L&D data for informed decision-making.

7. Lead and manage L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

8. Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve L&D programs.

9. Make informed decisions to enhance the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.

10. Provide leadership and mentoring to the Hexavarsity team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

11. Conduct performance management and conflict management to ensure team efficiency and harmony.

12. Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to achieve project goals.

13. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for L&D initiatives.

14. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment on L&D objectives.
